Provide hands-on setup, breakdown, logistics, and oversight for banquets and events across historic properties. Supervise event operations staff, perform quality control, assist with maintenance/housekeeping/security tasks, manage projects, complete administrative duties, and work variable shifts including weekends and occasional late/early hours.

Develops and executes data-driven marketing strategies for flagship and donor events across email, web, and social channels. Manages content creation, Pardot/email campaigns, website updates, social media coverage, multimedia assets, livestream/event logistics, KPI tracking, and a communications fellowship program to grow engagement and donor visibility.

Lead Meridian's people strategy, aligning HR operations, compensation, performance management, talent development, and HRIS with organizational growth. Drive change management, workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, and HR analytics. Advise executive leadership, modernize HR systems and processes, manage HR budget and vendors, and cultivate a mission-driven culture while supporting recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development.

Support Meridian’s communications by producing written and multimedia content for web, social, email, and print; storyboard and edit short videos; curate and post news to drive engagement; provide live event social coverage (photo/video); manage administrative tasks and deadlines; gain exposure to content marketing, analytics, design, fundraising, and nonprofit operations.
