Leads Meridian’s people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent management, compensation, performance management, professional development, compliance, HR operations, systems, and employee relations. Advises executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession, culture, and change management while modernizing HR infrastructure, managing vendors and budgets, and using workforce analytics to support organizational growth.

Manages donor portfolios and frontline fundraising activities, including prospect research, cultivation, solicitation, gift closing, stewardship, and donor communications. Leads special event and gala workstreams, coordinates speakers and attendees, manages Salesforce and Splash event campaigns, develops fundraising collateral, and oversees on-site event logistics. Supports domestic and international donor programming while maintaining gift trackers, pledge fulfillment records, and donor engagement data.

Supports frontline fundraising, donor engagement, and institutional advancement programs. Responsibilities include prospect outreach, moves management, gift tracking, donor research, stewardship communications, event logistics, registration management, attendee communications, and drafting fundraising collateral. The coordinator maintains Salesforce event campaigns and donor records, supports domestic and international programming, staffs events, and completes administrative duties. The role requires strong communication, organization, project management, CRM, and event coordination skills.
