Leads Meridian Retail’s Customer Growth Practice across product growth, customer and user experience, brand, and go-to-market capability. The role shapes growth strategy, customer propositions, brand evolution, product-led growth practices, and cross-functional ways of working across Meridian and Powershop. It focuses on acquisition, engagement, retention, customer lifetime value, experimentation, insight-driven prioritization, and building modern specialist capability through influence and collaboration.

Provides senior mechanical engineering leadership across renewable electricity generation assets. Responsibilities include supporting project delivery, advising on complex operational issues, investigating plant failures, conducting mechanical risk assessments, planning asset management activities, leading technical work scopes and external consultants, and mentoring junior engineers. The role also requires managing deliverables, applying project delivery methodologies, and ensuring compliance with electricity-industry engineering, health, safety, and management practices.

The Mechanical Engineer will deliver mechanical engineering work packages for hydroelectric assets, prepare quality management documentation, support onsite project delivery and asset health, and provide mechanical engineering site support. Responsibilities include project engineering, fault finding, root cause analysis, maintenance and project practices, quality management, managing deliverables, and coordinating external consultants. The role is based in Twizel and may occasionally support other asset types.

Maintains and repairs mechanical and electrical equipment at a hydro power station. Responsibilities include fault response, scheduled maintenance, project support, hazard identification, safety isolation, plant operation, job planning, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role requires rostered after-hours reactive maintenance, on-site work, and occasional travel. It is based at a remote Manapōuri facility with boat access and relocation support.
