Lead a DigiGEN initiative to deliver measurable value through change leadership, prioritisation, stakeholder engagement and data-driven decisions. Drive delivery, remove blockers, build high-trust relationships with squads and stakeholders, and ensure end-user adoption of new digital tools for generation asset planning or long-term asset prioritisation.
