It partners with senior leaders, oversees digital transformation programs, and builds multidisciplinary teams while ensuring data, technology, cybersecurity, and operational technology capabilities are secure, resilient, and well governed.

Shape Meridian’s enterprise technology direction by defining architecture roadmaps, aligning ICT investments with business strategy, simplifying and modernising the technology landscape, and establishing architecture standards and governance. The role partners with business and ICT leaders, leads architecture forums, oversees strategic initiatives, and identifies opportunities to apply emerging technologies while building alignment across teams.

Leads Meridian Retail’s Customer Growth Practice across product growth, customer and user experience, brand, and go-to-market capability. The role shapes growth strategy, customer propositions, brand evolution, product-led growth practices, and cross-functional ways of working across Meridian and Powershop. It focuses on acquisition, engagement, retention, customer lifetime value, experimentation, insight-driven prioritization, and building modern specialist capability through influence and collaboration.
