Provide technical support and training for customers using the FIS accounting system, troubleshooting GL, payroll, and inventory issues via phone, email, and chat. Document cases, mentor junior staff, surface product feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the customer experience for utility customers.

Serve as primary client advocate for Meridian's enterprise SaaS, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Build executive relationships, monitor health metrics, lead migrations, coordinate cross-functional support, and represent Meridian at events to ensure client success and growth.

Lead architecture, reliability, and performance of cross-platform database environments (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Implement HA/DR, backup/recovery, cloud deployments (AWS, OCI), security controls, automation and AI/ML-driven monitoring, and mentor junior DBAs while guiding enterprise database strategy.

Design, build, and maintain complex C#/.NET applications (WPF/.NET Core); architect scalable solutions; mentor developers; lead code reviews; troubleshoot, optimize databases and apps; drive testing, SDLC and SAFe practices; reduce technical debt and document solutions.
