Document cases, mentor junior staff, surface product feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the customer experience for utility customers.

First-line technical support specialist for GIS products using ESRI ArcGIS tools. Troubleshoot issues, escalate complex problems, test software changes, train users, create documentation, customize solutions, record interactions, and share customer feedback with development teams.
