Inspect finished adhesive products for defects, pack into appropriate cases, assist Batch Makers, maintain and clean equipment and work area, perform physical tasks including lifting, and participate in inventories and safety procedures.

Manage and grow regional OEM and distribution sales for adhesive products across TX, OK, and LA. Identify and qualify prospects, maintain customers, manage independent agents, perform field adhesive trials, gather market intelligence, forecast sales, and represent the company at trade shows.

Responsible for setup, operation, and troubleshooting of filling equipment in a cleanroom environment, ensuring product quality and adherence to SOPs.

The Production Lead oversees daily manufacturing operations, coordinates workflow, resolves issues, and ensures production goals align with quality and safety standards.

Manage Midwest territory (IN, OH, MI, KY) selling adhesives via distribution and contractor channels. Provide technical support, training, prospecting, CRM management, and execute sales strategy to grow revenue and margins.

The Advanced Researcher designs new formulations, conducts testing, analyzes results, and manages projects while supporting R&D initiatives in adhesives and coatings.
