Leads strategic, cross-functional finance and supply chain initiatives from planning through completion. Partners with executives to prioritize roadmaps, establishes governance and enterprise portfolio frameworks, defines project scope and success metrics, manages risks and timelines, standardizes methodologies and controls, improves processes, and supports organizational change. The role also develops project managers and ensures initiatives deliver measurable business value.

Supports healthcare compliance activities in high-risk areas through auditing, monitoring, investigations, regulatory research, policy development, corrective action tracking, reporting, and compliance education. Collaborates with leaders, associates, vendors, and workgroups; triages potential non-compliance reports; maintains compliance documentation; operates vendor systems; and recommends policy or process improvements. Requires independent judgment, strong communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, and knowledge of healthcare regulations and electronic medical records.

Develops and executes employee giving and annual giving tactics, creates multi-channel donor communications and stewardship, analyzes and reports program results, coordinates gift processing, and collaborates with leadership to grow employee philanthropy.

Lead and execute enterprise Dignity & Unity (D&I) strategies and programs, advise leaders on equitable talent practices, manage ERGs and governance, analyze workforce and engagement data, drive inclusive hiring/purchasing initiatives, and partner with communications and analytics to measure impact and report progress.

Audit and monitor 340B Drug Discount Program compliance across eligible locations. Perform daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly audits, review patient eligibility, monitor data uploads to 340B systems, assist with external audits and special projects, document findings, and collaborate with 340B staff to ensure adherence to HRSA guidance and organizational policies.
