Leads the design, administration, and governance of enterprise-wide executive and broad-based compensation programs. Advises senior leaders on pay decisions, manages compensation analysis and systems, supports union negotiations, ensures legal and financial compliance, and leads a centralized compensation team. The role also oversees merit, market, equity, incentive, and reporting processes while supporting mergers, acquisitions, cost-saving initiatives, and executive compensation committee activities.

Leads executive compensation strategy, programs, policies, incentives, retirement plans, and pay decisions. Advises senior leaders, partners with legal, finance, tax, audit, talent acquisition, consultants, and the HR Committee, and supports compensation reporting, compliance, mergers, acquisitions, budgeting, and organizational initiatives. Provides analysis, recommendations, presentations, and executive compensation guidance while monitoring regulatory and market trends.

Provides specialized legal counsel on employee benefits, executive compensation, ERISA, fiduciary governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, transactions, litigation, and risk management. Advises Human Resources, Finance, Compliance, governance committees, and leadership; supports mergers and acquisitions, audits, investigations, remediation, and outside counsel management. Drafts and negotiates legal documents, prepares governance materials, and translates complex legal and regulatory issues into practical recommendations across a complex healthcare organization.
