Manages 340B Drug Pricing Program compliance, audits, reporting, purchasing, split-billing software, and financial optimization. The role analyzes program metrics, troubleshoots Epic and software interfaces, supports pharmacy operations, develops corrective action plans, maintains policies and procedures, and provides training to stakeholders. It also monitors regulatory changes, conducts internal audits, escalates compliance concerns, and collaborates with pharmacy, finance, IT, charge teams, vendors, and healthcare leadership.
