Provide onsite first- and second-level IT support across Mercy Health facilities. The role works closely with Finance Business Partners across multiple program areas and assists with annual acquittals and ad hoc finance tasks.

Provide high-level executive, governance, and administrative support to the General Counsel, Company Secretary, Board, and committees. Coordinate meetings, agendas, papers, minutes, action tracking, governance systems, legal documentation, reports, presentations, and executive events. The role requires exceptional organization, stakeholder management, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, along with experience supporting senior executives, boards, or governance functions.

Process end-to-end fortnightly payroll for more than 2,000 employees, maintain payroll records, resolve employee queries, reconcile leave balances and backpays, process terminations, interpret enterprise agreements and awards, and collaborate with HR and finance to maintain compliance and improve payroll accuracy.

Leads IT application and integration programs across Mercy Health, managing concurrent projects, teams, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder relationships. Delivers enterprise and cross-functional initiatives aligned with the digital strategy using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methods. Ensures projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and governance expectations while embedding consistent project and program management practices across the IT Applications function.

Administer payroll systems, maintain payroll data accuracy and integrity, support end-to-end payroll processing, contribute to training and documentation, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate reporting. The role also requires strong customer service, communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, along with a current or pending Police Record Check.
