The role uses data-driven insights to improve commercial, customer, and operational performance across Mercy Health.

Provides compassionate, resident-centered care in accordance with care plans, aged-care standards, and Mercy Health procedures. Responsibilities include documenting care accurately, supporting RCS assessment and classification, participating in quality processes, and collaborating with staff. The role requires strong clinical, organisational, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills, along with current police and NDIS clearances and evidence of required vaccinations.
