Lead and coordinate specialist clinic reform, service redesign, and model-of-care initiatives across Mercy Health. The role focuses on improving patient access, referral pathways, service efficiency, and sustainable care delivery. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, project coordination, performance monitoring, risk and benefits tracking, governance reporting, and supporting change across clinical and operational teams.

Process end-to-end fortnightly payroll for more than 2,000 employees, maintain payroll records, resolve employee queries, reconcile leave balances and backpays, process terminations, interpret enterprise agreements and awards, and collaborate with HR and finance to maintain compliance and improve payroll accuracy.

Advise leaders on complex employee and industrial relations matters, interpret legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements, support enterprise bargaining, and provide accurate guidance to stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, confidentiality, and relationship-building skills while helping establish fair and consistent workplace practices.
