Coordinate and manage ICU and deteriorating patient care, provide clinical leadership and resources to ICU and ward staff, promote best practices, and support multidisciplinary, patient-centered care. Provides complex nursing care to home-care clients, develops and evaluates individualized care plans, supports independent living, and supervises Enrolled Nurses and Home Care Workers. A 12-month part-time graduate midwifery program supporting the transition from student to Registered Midwife. Participants consolidate clinical and theoretical skills through orientation, professional development, debriefing, and structured clinical rotations. Applicants must demonstrate compassion, adaptability, strong communication, organization, time management, and patient-care skills.
