Lead Mercuryo’s global recruitment function and team, owning workforce planning, sourcing, executive hiring, hiring budgets, forecasting, recruitment metrics, candidate experience, and process improvement. Partner with hiring managers and C-level stakeholders across EU, US, and APAC markets. Build scalable recruitment strategies, coach recruiters, use data and AI tools to improve hiring, and manage complex senior-level searches in fintech and Web3.

Leads a cross-functional IT development unit through the full lifecycle of crypto and fintech initiatives. Responsibilities include managing requirements, priorities, backlog, deadlines, budgets, quality, production releases, stakeholder expectations, documentation, and Agile delivery. Acts as the primary internal and external contact, resolves project issues, coordinates remote teams, and translates business requirements into technical tasks while maintaining Jira and Confluence.

Lead Voice of the Customer and AI-driven support strategy to reduce friction and improve self-service. Use support data, CSAT, and operational metrics to identify pain points, optimise Forethought AI, build dashboards, own the Help Centre, and run the White Glove VIP Support programme while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Perform end-to-end KYB reviews for merchant onboarding, verify UBOs and corporate structures, process complex/high-risk cases, ensure AML and regulatory compliance, meet SLA and quality targets, escalate issues, support reporting and process improvements, and collaborate with Compliance, Fraud, Monitoring, Customer Success, and Sales.
