Investigate special cases and technical issues, analyze pricing and revenue impacts, test hypotheses, conduct competitive analysis, and improve related business processes. Maintain documentation and reporting, monitor costs, margins, and profitability, and support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

The Senior Product Manager (API) will shape the developer experience for Mercuryo's API products, collaborating with various teams to ensure usability and successful integration for partners.

Lead Mercuryo’s global recruitment function and team, owning workforce planning, sourcing, executive hiring, hiring budgets, forecasting, recruitment metrics, candidate experience, and process improvement. Partner with hiring managers and C-level stakeholders across EU, US, and APAC markets. Build scalable recruitment strategies, coach recruiters, use data and AI tools to improve hiring, and manage complex senior-level searches in fintech and Web3.
