The EDD Specialist will conduct Enhanced Due Diligence on high-risk clients, investigate potential red flags, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with various teams to enhance internal controls and frameworks.

Provide hands-on legal support for European payment infrastructure and money transfer projects: draft and negotiate contracts, support EMI/payment institution incorporation and licensing across jurisdictions (Europe, Canada), advise on remittance/payment regulation, liaise with external counsel, and work cross-functionally with product and compliance.

The B2C Marketing Manager will design and execute marketing strategies, manage GTMs, analyze performance, and leverage AI tools to enhance user engagement in the crypto-financial services landscape.
