Own Mercura’s company and founder marketing, growth experiments, SEO and AI visibility, website improvements, events, content, campaigns, and new initiatives. The intern will work closely with the founders, create and measure marketing programs, improve brand visibility and demand generation, and manage projects end to end. This is a full-time, in-person Munich internship requiring strong German and English communication, hands-on marketing experience, creativity, organization, and high ownership.

The Founding Staff Engineer will lead the technical efforts in building and improving AI software, manage complex architecture across products, mentor engineers, and execute hands-on coding while driving high-quality standards.

As a Founder's Associate (Growth), you will work closely with the CEO to drive strategic growth, handle the full sales cycle, optimize sales processes, and explore market expansion opportunities. You will support customer success and build partnerships, taking ownership of high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
