The Strategic Project Lead will drive execution of multi-million-dollar projects, optimize processes, and manage a large team while maintaining client relationships.

Own Mercor’s visual brand identity across campaigns, web, social, events, and internal communications. Translate complex AI, talent, and work concepts into compelling visual systems and create polished assets including landing pages, decks, ads, illustrations, and event collateral. Partner with marketing, product, recruiting, and leadership while developing scalable brand guidelines, templates, and a distinctive visual language.

Build backend services, APIs, and end-to-end features for Mercor's assessment platform. Design evaluation pipelines combining human judgment and AI scoring, work across stack including frontend when needed, and partner with Product, AI, and Data teams to translate research into production.
