The Strategic Project Lead will drive execution of multi-million-dollar projects, optimize processes, and manage a large team while maintaining client relationships.

Identify and prospect enterprises with valuable data assets, run high-volume outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn), generate qualified meetings for Partnerships, develop account strategies, research markets and competitors, and collaborate cross-functionally to transition opportunities and scale playbooks.

The role involves building and scaling Mercor's payments platform, focusing on observability, reliability, automation, and addressing payment infrastructure challenges as the payment volume grows significantly.
