Manage supplier agreements, sourcing strategies, competitive bidding, negotiations, supplier analytics, contract administration, and performance management. Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to achieve cost savings, improve procurement processes, ensure contract compliance, and enhance supplier value. The role requires analyzing proposals and market trends, tracking savings and performance metrics, and supporting procurement technology and reporting improvements.

Leads enterprise data and analytics strategy, architecture, governance, platforms, data products, and analytical capabilities. Manages the data and analytics team, establishes standards for quality, privacy, security, metadata, and master data, and expands self-service analytics and data literacy. Partners with executives and technology leaders on roadmaps, investments, vendors, and AI-enabled initiatives while ensuring measurable business outcomes, reliable platforms, and effective operating models.

Supports core accounting activities, including transaction review, system posting accuracy, month-end close, account analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, audit schedules, discrepancy investigation, and process improvement. The role collaborates across Accounting and business teams while developing practical expertise through structured training and hands-on work.

Own and improve the company’s 13-week cash flow forecast, incorporating collections, disbursements, vehicle activity, and debt facility movements. Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and process automation while partnering with Financial Operations, Treasury, FP&A, and business teams. Translate financial data into actionable insights for senior leaders and support liquidity and capital allocation decisions.

Territory-based individual contributor responsible for hunting and growing fleet management accounts across MD, VA, DE, and northern NC. Use consultative sales to identify stakeholders, present leasing and fleet solutions (including EV conversions), manage CRM, negotiate deals, assess creditworthiness, and retain/expand client relationships. Home-office based with periodic regional travel.
