The Regional Sales Manager will lead consultative sales efforts, build relationships in the fleet management industry, and drive new account growth across assigned territories.

Serve as the liaison between Treasury Finance and data teams to gather requirements, build data models, dashboards, and curated datasets using SQL Server and Snowflake. Support cash positioning, liquidity management, securitization reporting, reconciliation, audit/compliance documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Territory-based individual contributor responsible for hunting and growing fleet management accounts across MD, VA, DE, and northern NC. Use consultative sales to identify stakeholders, present leasing and fleet solutions (including EV conversions), manage CRM, negotiate deals, assess creditworthiness, and retain/expand client relationships. Home-office based with periodic regional travel.

Individual contributor responsible for generating and closing short-term rental business through prospecting, relationship development, client presentations, and territory management. Maintain Salesforce pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, conduct in-person and virtual meetings, gather market intelligence, and meet sales targets while working from a home office with periodic travel.

Perform daily cash reconciliations, support month-end close and financial reporting, prepare audit schedules, assist with cashflow forecasting and treasury reporting. Work with large datasets, system integrations, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
