Teams at Merchants Fleet

Territory-based individual contributor responsible for hunting and growing fleet management accounts across MD, VA, DE, and northern NC. Use consultative sales to identify stakeholders, present leasing and fleet solutions (including EV conversions), manage CRM, negotiate deals, assess creditworthiness, and retain/expand client relationships. Home-office based with periodic regional travel.

Manage day-to-day operations of last-mile rental fleet, coordinating transportation, allocation, maintenance, vendor and client interactions. Support DSP onboarding, monitor systems (e.g., Five9), resolve operational issues, track activity, and recommend process improvements to scale program efficiency and utilization.

Lead and grow a 2-5 person DevOps team while hands-on building CI/CD pipelines, implementing IaC (Terraform/Bicep/ARM), modernizing cloud platforms on Azure, enabling DevSecOps/MLOps, supporting data pipelines (ADF, Snowflake, Power BI), and driving reliability, security, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
