Teams at Mercedes-Benz Bridgeway Motors

Provide administrative support to Account Executives and Representatives: prepare and file sales documents, design proposals, update account databases, coordinate meetings/demos, research prospects, create campaign reports, collaborate with internal teams, communicate customer feedback, and assist with promotional materials to support sales and client relationships.

Diagnose and repair complex vehicle system malfunctions within assigned clusters (powertrain, driving stability/safety, comfort/safety, telecommunications). Independently execute repairs, restore vehicle function, protect customer property, and represent the Mercedes‑Benz brand to promote customer satisfaction.

Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, defined assembly and repair operations to Mercedes‑Benz standards. Use workshop systems and diagnostic tools, support diagnosis technicians on complex repairs, document work, and ensure vehicle cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
