Perform complex vehicle fault diagnosis, validate repair processes, complete final inspections, and hand over vehicles. Coach colleagues on diagnostics, optimize workshop procedures, transfer technical knowledge, and maintain customer-focused, brand-representative service. Work independently and develop solution strategies while continuing to learn.

Provide administrative support to Account Executives and Representatives: prepare and file sales documents, design proposals, update account databases, coordinate meetings/demos, research prospects, create campaign reports, collaborate with internal teams, communicate customer feedback, and assist with promotional materials to support sales and client relationships.

Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, defined assembly and repair operations to Mercedes‑Benz standards. Use workshop systems and diagnostic tools, support diagnosis technicians on complex repairs, document work, and ensure vehicle cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
