Improve incident detection and mitigation times, develop AI-powered anomaly detection and response solutions, create self-service tooling, establish observability standards and SLO frameworks, automate operational workflows, and collaborate across platform, SRE, security, and product engineering teams. The role also involves technical leadership, mentoring, documentation, and culture building.
