Lead India IT operations for Mercari Bangalore: manage service desk, onboarding/offboarding, device and access management, design operational processes, receive knowledge transfer from Japan, document procedures, and drive automation and improvements.

Lead end-to-end technical recruiting for engineering roles across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Infrastructure, Security, Data, AI/ML and Product. Partner with hiring managers, build sourcing pipelines, manage candidate experience, advise stakeholders, track recruiting metrics, and drive process and employer-brand improvements.
