Lead design, implementation, and operation of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and digital solutions for MGSO Oman. Develop IT strategy, policies, budgets, vendor relationships, support services, and project technology requirements while building an IT team and ensuring business continuity and compliance.

Lead setup and management of the Oman accounting function, ensuring IFRS-compliant financial reporting, statutory compliance, project and construction accounting, internal controls, audits, treasury, consolidation with Regional Finance, and building a local finance team.

Lead HSE and process safety across DRI plant lifecycle including EPC, commissioning, start-up, and operations. Develop HSE strategy, manage construction and operational safety, run PSM programs (HAZOP, LOPA, MOC), oversee emergency response, environmental compliance, incident investigations, and build HSE competencies across project and operations.
