Lead the backend software team responsible for robotic operations, fleet management, and performance analytics. Own architecture for scalable, reliable, observable distributed systems, APIs, and data services. Manage technical roadmaps and cross-team collaboration with AI, simulation, and software groups. Guide engineering excellence and accountability while contributing to cloud deployments, databases, asynchronous systems, monitoring, and internal tools.

Owns BSP development and carrier board bring-up for humanoid robotics platforms. Responsibilities include customizing third-party BSPs, developing kernel, device tree, and peripheral drivers, integrating cameras, IMUs, motor controllers, and custom hardware, diagnosing hardware-to-userspace issues, and collaborating with NVIDIA on new platform integrations.

Design and develop compact mechanisms for dexterous robotic hands, fingers, and wrists from concept through production. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, manufacturing drawings, mechanism and structural analysis, prototype assembly and testing, fixture design, failure investigation, component and material selection, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also supports supplier coordination and transition to repeatable production.
