Supervise second/third-shift residential staff serving four women with trauma and long-term psychiatric hospitalizations. Oversee staffing, training, program operations, crisis intervention, safety rounds, scheduling, staff development, time approvals, and represent organization. Provide on-call emergency consultation and may transport clients.

Supervise and support direct care staff for a transitional supervised apartment program on evening/night shifts; manage staffing schedules, train and evaluate staff, facilitate recovery-oriented activities and evidence-based practices, approve time and expenses, provide on-call emergency consultation, and travel locally to support programs and transport participants as needed.

Provide outreach, support, coaching, advocacy, and follow-up to HERO participants in recovery from opioid use disorder. Facilitate recovery activities and groups, connect participants to housing, employment, and community resources, and operate using a harm-reduction approach. May transport participants in personal vehicle.

Supervise and support direct care staff for a young adult residential program across second and third shifts. Manage scheduling, staffing, training, safety, crisis response, program operations, documentation, and participant engagement using evidence-based practices. Serve as on-call resource, approve timecards/time off, represent agency, and assume leadership in manager absence. Must travel locally between sites and may transport participants.

Oversee Stamford supervised apartment and Walton Place programs, supervise and develop staff, manage schedules, budgets, census, documentation, safety, training, and on-call crisis response. Participate in hiring, orientation, staff meetings, and represent the agency with funders and partners.
