Supervise and support second/third-shift staff in a transitional supervised apartment program; manage schedules, staff development, timekeeping, program activities, and ensure participant recovery-focused services. Provide training, orientation, on-call consultation, and travel between sites as needed.

Provide outreach, support, coaching, advocacy, and follow-up to HERO participants in recovery from opioid use disorder. Facilitate recovery activities and groups, connect participants to housing, employment, and community resources, and operate using a harm-reduction approach. May transport participants in personal vehicle.

Oversee Stamford supervised apartment and Walton Place programs, supervise and develop staff, manage schedules, budgets, census, documentation, safety, training, and on-call crisis response. Participate in hiring, orientation, staff meetings, and represent the agency with funders and partners.
