Provides front-office support for a behavioral health agency by answering calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining provider calendars, documenting client interactions in the electronic medical record, assisting with intake and registration, collecting fees, obtaining signatures, and protecting confidential information.

Provide face-to-face psychosocial group support for at-risk youth, supervise client behavior, facilitate activities and trips, transport clients, develop and lead curriculum, maintain client records, and work as part of a therapeutic team to improve social and behavioral skills and prevent out-of-home placements.

Provides case management and re-entry support for justice-involved individuals with mental health concerns. Coordinates referrals, care, community resources, and services among correctional facilities, courts, law enforcement, and community agencies. Supports recidivism-reduction initiatives, conducts assessments and outreach, maintains service records, analyzes data, and provides education to community partners. Regular travel within the service area is required.

Provides supervised mental health treatment to primarily uninsured adult clients in outpatient and community settings. Responsibilities include therapy, intake assessments, psychological testing, treatment planning, referrals, advocacy, court evaluations, care coordination, documentation, and collaboration with community providers. The intern attends supervision and training while supporting clients’ recovery, independent living, education, employment, and hospitalization-prevention goals.

Support the Training Manager with administration of training operations: maintain training records, monitor compliance deadlines, coordinate scheduling and logistics, liaise with vendors, manage training materials, prepare reports, and support onboarding.

Provide direct psychosocial group services and supervision to at-risk youth (under 18), facilitate activities and trips, design and lead curriculum, monitor behavior and safety, transport clients within the county, maintain client records, and collaborate with staff and community partners.

Provide direct vocational services to adults with severe mental illness to teach job skills, place clients in competitive employment, liaise with employers and community providers, maintain required records, meet billable contact-hour standards, and complete required trainings and certifications.
