Manage nursing services for a 44-bed unit in a 132-bed long-term care/skilled nursing facility. Oversee resident care from admission to discharge, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, supervise and develop staff, handle hiring and disciplinary actions, conduct performance appraisals, implement policies, and attend committee meetings.

Provide clinical social work services to adults and seniors including assessments, individualized care plans, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, case management, referrals, care coordination, monitoring, and compliant medical documentation within a collaborative setting.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO: manage calendar and travel, prepare correspondence and meeting materials, attend board meetings and take minutes, coordinate events, handle office management, troubleshoot virtual meeting tech, and manage confidential personal assistance tasks.
