Identify and contact prospective residents and caregivers for a senior living campus, provide marketing information, schedule visits, conduct tours, follow up with leads, build relationships with local healthcare partners, and track and analyze outreach to meet sales goals.

Manage nursing services for a 44-bed unit in a 132-bed long-term care/skilled nursing facility. Oversee resident care from admission to discharge, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, supervise and develop staff, handle hiring and disciplinary actions, conduct performance appraisals, implement policies, and attend committee meetings.

Provide part-time clinical services for older adults: conduct intakes, maintain a clinical caseload, supervise graduate interns, liaise with partner organizations, deliver telehealth and in-person care (including homes and long-term care), and help develop community-based geriatric and family wellness programs.
