As a Principal Platform Infrastructure Engineer, you'll design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP and AWS, focusing on automation, observability, and security-first practices. You'll manage Kubernetes clusters, write Infrastructure as Code, and enhance operational efficiency through automation and CI/CD pipelines.

Design, build, and harden Chromium-based browser components in C++ to power Menlo's AI/agent initiatives; apply networking and HTTP security expertise; integrate AI agents and MCP servers; build tooling in Python or Rust; deploy and operate cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform); debug and optimize performance-critical systems; collaborate cross-functionally.

Design, build, and operate Threat Protection and ShadowAI services: scalable distributed systems and APIs that detect and control risky web and generative AI usage. Develop and extend Menlo Security's web isolation remote browser technology across desktop and mobile. Work on Chromium internals, networking, video/audio, HTML5 features (WebGL/WebRTC), containerization, scaling and load balancing with a strong systems-level Linux and security focus.

Design enterprise-grade, Chromium-based end-user and admin experiences for browser and data security products. Own multi-step admin workflows, translate dense telemetry into actionable dashboards and investigation flows, partner with PM and engineering to deliver high-fidelity interactive prototypes, champion stakeholder reviews, lead UX research collaboration, and contribute to the design system and accessibility best practices.

Pre-sales technical role supporting regional sales: scope and architect Menlo Security solutions, lead proofs-of-concept, deploy and configure services, train users, enable partners, use AI-assisted tools for research and documentation, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering.

Senior Sales Engineer for META region: lead technical strategy, architect and deliver PoVs/PoCs, run deep architectural workshops with CISOs, enable channel partners and GSIs, translate isolation and zero-trust concepts into business value, and relay regional compliance needs to product and engineering teams.

Design, build, and operate scalable, highly available Threat Protection and ShadowAI services. Generate qualified Public Sector pipeline through cold outreach, partner engagement, and AI-assisted research. Book and nurture meetings, manage leads in Salesforce, support target account programs, and coordinate prospect attendance for field events. Occasional travel required.
