Improve AI agent authentication, optimize performance, apply security engineering and threat modeling, write comprehensive tests, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship reliable, scalable authentication capabilities.

As a Principal Platform Infrastructure Engineer, you'll design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP and AWS, focusing on automation, observability, and security-first practices. You'll manage Kubernetes clusters, write Infrastructure as Code, and enhance operational efficiency through automation and CI/CD pipelines.

Design, build, and harden Chromium-based browser components in C++ to power Menlo's AI/agent initiatives; apply networking and HTTP security expertise; integrate AI agents and MCP servers; build tooling in Python or Rust; deploy and operate cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform); debug and optimize performance-critical systems; collaborate cross-functionally.

The Sales Engineer will support channel partners, provide technical guidance, manage POC engagements, and articulate the value of Menlo Security products to various stakeholders while working closely with internal teams and partners.

Manage and mentor a Bangalore-based engineering team building scalable, resilient microservices, data stores, and cloud infrastructure. Provide technical leadership in architecture, development, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and debugging of high-traffic distributed systems. Drive hiring, performance reviews, and team practices while collaborating with stakeholders and promoting DevOps and security best practices.

Design, build, and operate multi-region VM and Kubernetes infrastructure on GCP and AWS. Lead IaC standards with Terraform/Spacelift, implement observability (Grafana/Prometheus/OTel), manage core platform services (DNS, certs, ingress, service mesh), drive automation and CI/CD, mentor engineers, and participate in 24x7 on-call incident response and post-incident reviews.

Develop and extend Menlo Security's web isolation remote browser technology across desktop and mobile. Work on Chromium internals, networking, video/audio, HTML5 features (WebGL/WebRTC), containerization, scaling and load balancing with a strong systems-level Linux and security focus.

Design enterprise-grade, Chromium-based end-user and admin experiences for browser and data security products. Own multi-step admin workflows, translate dense telemetry into actionable dashboards and investigation flows, partner with PM and engineering to deliver high-fidelity interactive prototypes, champion stakeholder reviews, lead UX research collaboration, and contribute to the design system and accessibility best practices.
