Customer-facing pre-sales technologist supporting enterprise accounts: map customer needs to Menlo Security solutions, deliver technical presentations and demos, lead PoCs, build relationships and technical champions, create thought-leadership content, and represent the company at industry events.

Lead architecture and ownership of Menlo's cybersecurity policy platform (storage/versioning, distribution, real-time enforcement). Modernize distributed systems for reliability, scalability, and low latency. Drive end-to-end projects, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, partner with product/security/ops, and champion AI-assisted development and ML-driven policy features.

Manage and mentor a Bangalore-based engineering team building scalable, resilient microservices, data stores, and cloud infrastructure. Provide technical leadership in architecture, development, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and debugging of high-traffic distributed systems. Drive hiring, performance reviews, and team practices while collaborating with stakeholders and promoting DevOps and security best practices.
