Design and execute manual and automated testing for web applications, APIs, and backend services. Build regression, smoke, and critical-path automation suites; validate functional, integration, end-to-end, and non-functional requirements; identify and track defects; verify fixes; and collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams. Use AI-assisted tools for test generation, flaky-test triage, and log analysis while improving QA processes, tooling, coverage, and release quality.

Generate qualified Public Sector pipeline through cold outreach, partner engagement, and AI-assisted research. Book and nurture meetings, manage leads in Salesforce, support target account programs, and coordinate prospect attendance for field events. Occasional travel required.

Customer-facing technical pre-sales role: scope and architect security solutions, lead proofs-of-concept, enable partners, use AI-assisted tools for sales support, and relay field feedback to Product and Engineering.
