Manage VM fleets and Kubernetes clusters, author Terraform IaC and Spacelift workflows, implement observability with Grafana/Prometheus/OTel, handle networking, DNS, certificates, and service mesh, and reduce operational toil through automation while participating in 24x7 on-call rotation and cross-team architecture and DR planning.

The Regional Channel Account Manager will lead partner strategy in the East region, recruiting partners and driving new business opportunities while reporting on sales metrics and ensuring partner success.

Strategic FP&A partner for GTM: lead planning and forecasting across revenue, ARR, bookings, margin, and OPEX; build models and forecasting methodologies; analyze sales productivity, retention, churn, and unit economics; support quota, territory, capacity, pricing, channel, and investment decisions; own GTM budgets and deliver executive and Board-level reporting and recommendations.
