Own full-cycle technical recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design. Build diverse talent pipelines, advise hiring managers and senior leaders, use AI-assisted recruiting tools, improve recruiting processes, manage talent communities, and report on hiring metrics. The role emphasizes stakeholder influence, candidate advocacy, sourcing hard-to-find talent, and delivering strong candidate and hiring-manager experiences.

Leads technical strategy for complex enterprise sales opportunities across the Northeast, including solution architecture, customer presentations, proof-of-concept deployments, configuration, training, and issue resolution. Partners with sales managers and channel partners, mentors junior Sales Engineers, supports technical documentation and RFP responses, and provides customer and field feedback to Product and Engineering. Requires deep networking and security expertise, strong communication skills, and extensive pre-sales experience.

Manage FedRAMP and CMMC compliance, support IL6 authorization initiatives, maintain security documentation, map controls to NIST SP 800-53, coordinate audits and assessments, track POA&M items, administer compliance platforms, and provide risk reporting. The role partners with engineering, operations, DevSecOps, federal sales, 3PAOs, government customers, and internal stakeholders to maintain continuous monitoring and regulatory compliance.
