Manage and grow signed TPA and health plan accounts through relationship-building, renewals, and expansion. Own end-to-end implementations, run business reviews, manage reporting, and improve client success processes across sales, network, engineering, and analytics.

Own new-business sales to win employer and TPA customers: prospecting, outbound outreach, discovery, product education, end-to-end deal management, proposal/contracting, market feedback, and travel (20-50%).

Build and maintain scalable backend systems and data pipelines for healthcare workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally to automate provider and patient workflows, prototype features, ship production-ready code, and ensure systems are maintainable and scalable.
