Own provider operations across credentialing, URAC compliance, documentation, audits, onboarding, roster data, panel capacity tracking, payment inquiries, and vendor management. Support DPC practices directly, maintain accurate marketplace data, resolve operational issues, and improve workflows using AI tools. The role requires strong organization, communication, independent execution, and comfort building processes in an ambiguous healthcare startup environment.

Manage and grow signed TPA and health plan accounts through relationship-building, renewals, and expansion. Own end-to-end implementations, run business reviews, manage reporting, and improve client success processes across sales, network, engineering, and analytics.
