Produces photography, videos, and multimedia content for healthcare marketing, communications, campaigns, social media, internal communications, and media relations. Leads video strategy, production, filming, editing, motion graphics, audio, color correction, captioning, encoding, publishing, and archiving. Maintains Workday Adaptive Planning, configures budget data, validates and reconciles budgets, prepares financial reports and visualizations, analyzes actual-versus-budget variances, supports monthly and annual close activities, assists with budgeting and projections, and prepares finance materials for senior management and the Board.

Coordinates general ledger production and financial reporting. Performs month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement preparation, audit and compliance support, internal control documentation, variance investigations, and statistical, cost, and financial analysis. Prepares reports to support management’s financial and operational decision-making.

Leads healthcare competitive procurement and bid processes from solicitation through contract award. Manages vendors, selection committees, bid documentation, evaluations, protests, orientations, onboarding, and compliance with procurement policies. Provides executive reporting, supports scope and specification development, assesses conflicts of interest, and drives process improvements. Requires progressive healthcare supply chain experience, leadership experience, strong analysis and communication skills, and willingness to travel locally and nationally.

Provides employee relations support through conflict resolution, grievance case management, labor-law and policy guidance, documentation, trend analysis, and manager training. Maintains confidential records, interprets HR policies, supports performance and behavior management, and promotes fair, consistent workplace practices. Manages multiple cases while collaborating with employees, leaders, and stakeholders in a fast-paced healthcare organization.

Provides in-house legal counsel to a healthcare organization across regulatory matters, contracts, disputes, litigation avoidance, policies, strategic initiatives, and complex business and clinical issues.
