Analyzes and improves finance-related business processes and technology solutions. Identifies requirements, develops business analysis reports, documents workflows and specifications, troubleshoots and tests reporting results, and supports implementation through training materials and end-user training. Collaborates with Finance, clinical services, corporate departments, management, and technical teams to evaluate problems, opportunities, and solutions. Handles special projects and process improvement initiatives independently and in team settings.

Administers and optimizes Workday HR modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Absence, and Advanced Compensation. The role maintains data integrity, develops reports, troubleshoots issues, supports users, manages system governance, identifies automation opportunities, and coordinates upgrades, patches, implementations, and process improvements with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.

Processes purchase order and non-purchase order invoices, performs two- and three-way matching, obtains approvals, reconciles vendor accounts, resolves payment inquiries and invoice exceptions, and issues checks and ACH payments. Maintains vendor records, supports electronic invoicing, processes 1099s and reimbursements, assists with utility accruals and month-end reporting, and provides clerical support. Requires accuracy, critical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
