Prepares, receives, identifies, accessions, processes, and transports laboratory specimens. Supports bone marrow, microbiology, blood product, phlebotomy, and waived-testing workflows. Operates and maintains laboratory equipment, performs quality and safety checks, prepares reagents and cultures, manages supplies, handles clerical and customer-service duties, and maintains a safe, aseptic work area. The role requires rotating weekends and holidays.

Manages daily operations across multiple imaging departments, including staffing, scheduling, recruitment, payroll, budgets, regulatory compliance, vendor relations, equipment and supply management, and patient-care coordination. Oversees staff performance and satisfaction, addresses grievances and incidents, monitors quality, and supports departmental goals. Breast imaging experience in ultrasound or mammography is preferred. The role requires an accredited imaging education and an applicable professional imaging credential.

Performs, evaluates, and reports clinical laboratory testing on patient specimens to support diagnosis and treatment. Maintains quality control and regulatory compliance, manages laboratory equipment and supplies, serves as charge technologist, assesses staff competency, and supports student technologists and clinical staff. Requires accurate specimen processing, critical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a stressful laboratory environment.
