Leads daily physical security operations for a commercial mall and related properties. Responsibilities include developing security ambassadors, supervising patrols, managing incident response and emergencies, enforcing policies, training personnel, maintaining equipment and records, reviewing reports, and coordinating with police, tenants, vendors, and employees. The manager also oversees security standards, inspections, staffing administration, and operational decisions during the Security Director’s absence.

Provide overnight security and customer-service presence across a mixed-use campus: patrol on foot or cart, staff lobbies, report and document incidents, identify hazards, de-escalate conflicts, follow post orders and emergency plans, and complete required training and certifications.

Provide customer-focused security patrols (foot or golf cart) in a garage/office complex, report incidents, follow post orders, perform incident documentation, and assist emergency response as needed. Must complete required trainings and maintain Texas security licensing and driving requirements.
