Build Melotech’s brand from the ground up by defining its narrative, positioning, voice, and public reputation. Own brand perception across media, channels, partnerships, and creative campaigns. Develop relationships with press, creators, and brands; direct agencies and freelancers; and create attention-generating campaigns and stunts. Work closely with the founder in a remote, fast-paced environment to establish the company as a leading voice in media and entertainment.

Lead Melotech’s ongoing fundraising efforts by shaping the investor narrative, creating pitch decks and demos, managing investor relationships and calls, maintaining fundraising pipelines and data rooms, and building financial models. The role partners closely with the founder and CEO, monitors the venture ecosystem, and manages fundraising processes from preparation through execution.

Own a revenue-generating product end-to-end, build AI-driven tools and automations, run data analysis to inform decisions, and work across product, growth and operations. Move quickly from idea to production, make strategic calls, and collaborate closely with founders in a fast-paced, remote-first startup.

Founding Product Engineer will define, prototype and ship a new consumer product from scratch, own the end-to-end product and retention metrics, run user research and interviews, build full-stack features, and use AI as a core primitive to deliver a production-ready MVP and engagement loops.
