Own Melotech’s organic growth engine across creator networks, social platforms, seeding, trend spotting, experimentation, channel expansion, and performance measurement. Build repeatable viral-growth playbooks, manage creator and UGC programs, coordinate organic and paid growth, track reach and engagement metrics, and develop spreadsheets, scripts, automations, and AI-assisted tooling. The role works closely with founders, growth, product, and data teams in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Drive organic growth across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts by sourcing creators, spotting trends, seeding products, testing content formats, discovering new channels, and measuring performance. Build repeatable growth playbooks, trackers, scripts, and automations while collaborating with growth, product, data, and founding teams. The role is remote, fast-paced, analytical, and focused on scaling successful organic content with paid distribution.

Execute strategy alongside the CEO by managing cross-functional projects, conducting market and investor research, preparing executive reports, tracking KPIs, supporting fundraising, improving operations, and assisting with recruiting. The role requires high autonomy, strong analytical and communication skills, executive-level collaboration, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced media and entertainment startup.
