Lead and scale Nura's operations by building systems, teams, governance and culture. Oversee finance, HR, IT, legal and MEL integration; drive operational planning, grantmaking capability, partner engagement, and organisational change while supporting strategic leadership and global growth.

Lead fundraising and donor engagement for Nura, building fundraising infrastructure, prospecting and stewarding donors, supporting partners' fundraising capacity, managing reporting and storytelling, coordinating with Meliore teams, and fostering a collaborative team culture to reach ambitious funding targets.

Lead Strategic Perspectives' EU bilateral energy cooperation work: identify priority partner countries, conduct diplomatic outreach, design in-country multi-stakeholder platforms, develop a database of cooperation examples, and support publications, convenings, communications and events, reporting to the Executive Director.

Lead editorial direction for two energy-transition publications: commission, edit and publish content; line-manage a writer; maintain editorial calendar; track industry and policy developments; collaborate with digital teams to reach target audiences; ensure accuracy and apply a style guide. Role is a 6-month maternity-cover contract, remote in Europe with some international travel.
