Build annual budgets and monthly and quarterly forecasts across departments and stores; monitor actuals against plan; prepare financial and headcount reporting packages with variance analysis; support weekly cash flow reporting; analyze financial impacts for business decisions; challenge assumptions; improve planning processes; and partner with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

Lead the piercing studio and oversee the complete customer journey, including consultations, piercing services, styling, transactions, aftercare education, checkups, and downsizing. Maintain health, safety, hygiene, legal, inventory, and record-keeping standards. Train and support store staff, promote piercing services, build local clientele, manage bookings and supplies, and collaborate with store leadership to improve studio operations and customer experience.

Own People Operations infrastructure across employee lifecycle events, ticketing, benefits, payroll data, HR systems, reporting, compliance, documentation, and program delivery. Maintain accurate data across HiBob, ADP Workforce Now, Storeforce, Yoobic, and Google Workspace. Resolve root causes, build lightweight automations with Google Apps Script and AI tools, administer HR programs, and collaborate cross-functionally with People, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Retail Operations teams.
