As the Lead Piercer, you'll enhance customer satisfaction, manage piercing services, ensure hygiene, and mentor staff while promoting Mejuri's values and jewelry offerings.

Process semi-monthly payroll for ~400 Canadian employees in ADP Workforce Now; validate timesheets and employee changes; handle off-cycle payments, deductions, garnishments, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close (T4); respond to employee payroll inquiries; maintain compliant records; support audits and global payroll projects; identify process improvements and keep payroll data aligned with People & Culture and Finance.

As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle calendar, manage a team, and execute a consumer communication strategy that spans various channels to enhance customer retention and experience.
