Develop and execute category assortment plans using market and sales data. Collaborate with buying, merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams, run market and performance analyses, produce planogram recommendations, manage category transitions, and present results to leadership.

Lead site food safety and quality programs for high-risk ready-to-eat manufacturing. Maintain regulatory, customer, and certification compliance; manage food safety plans, sanitation, environmental monitoring, audits, CAPA, recall readiness, and product disposition. Serve as primary contact for inspections, support product launches and validations, oversee testing and laboratory activities, and drive continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership.

Lead private-label product development from concept through launch, managing line extensions, reformulations, packaging, sourcing and vendor commercialization. Lead cross-functional teams, support category reviews with market and shopper insights, collaborate with merchants and marketing, monitor performance, deliver weekly reporting and post-launch analysis, and recommend pricing, promotions and assortment opportunities.

Provide corporate scientific leadership in food microbiology across manufacturing sites: develop and validate microbiological programs, lead environmental monitoring, investigations, risk assessments, testing standardization, regulatory compliance (FDA/USDA/FSMA), lab oversight, data trend analysis, training, and implementation of new detection technologies.

Lead enterprise network and unified communications strategy, operations, and transformation across LAN/WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, data center networking, voice/UCaaS and contact center. Build ITSM/ITIL practices, oversee NOC and incident/change governance, drive automation/AIOps, manage vendors and budgets, and recruit and develop network and voice teams while aligning infrastructure with security and business objectives.

Inspect and evaluate inbound fresh produce and seafood against USDA and Meijer standards, make accept/reject decisions, perform audits per FDA cGMP and HACCP, run recall checks, document findings, and collaborate with DF leadership and buyers to support corrective actions and supplier chargebacks.

You'll retrieve medications, input prescription information, create labels, manage orders and stocks, and maintain pharmacy cleanliness while delivering excellent customer service.

Serve as liaison between A/E firms and contractors to convert conceptual designs into working CAD layout documents. Produce layout drawings, equipment lists, prototypes and renderings, review construction documents, assist project managers and estimators, and ensure designs meet codes and business needs while adhering to schedules.

Lead the retail growth portfolio by creating strategic roadmaps, evaluating ROI, allocating resources, and driving omni-channel transformation. Manage cross-functional initiatives, track metrics and financial outcomes, mitigate execution risks, and align investments to enterprise priorities and share growth objectives.

Own item-level data assembly, cleansing, and pipelines for category pricing and promotion analysis. Maintain Price Architecture, run promo effectiveness and elasticity analyses, build reusable templates and scenario models, and partner with Strategy Partners and merchants to inform pricing, promotional calendars, and AUR targets.

As a Pharmacy Tech Level 3, you'll provide customer service, manage prescription processes, and maintain pharmacy standards while promoting health initiatives and supporting patient care.
