Create and present optimized store floor plans and space strategies using performance and consumer data. Lead planogram creation, heat-mapping analytics, and cross-functional projects (merchandising, procurement, design, operations). Manage fixture reviews for remodels/new stores, teach JDA space planning tools, and collaborate with buyers/planners to drive assortment and layout decisions that improve customer experience and profitability.
