Coordinate and execute marketing plans and seasonal promotions for a designated merchandise area, manage Weekly Ad content, liaise with merchandising and ad development teams, handle campaign setup and cost allocation, use project management tools, prepare competitive analysis, and ensure cross-functional project follow-through.

Support warehouse operations across multiple buildings: document and resolve daily inventory issues, conduct and report cart/trailer audits, and work shipping windows. Use Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain accurate records. Must work second shift, accept overtime during peak periods, and perform duties in a temperature-controlled environment.

Lead architecture and engineering for customer-facing web and mobile platforms, driving AI/GenAI integration (personalization, intelligent search, conversational agents). Set technical direction, reduce technical debt, mentor engineers, prototype production-ready AI solutions, and partner with product, UX, and data teams to deliver scalable, personalized omnichannel experiences.
