Support HR operations including benefits administration, HR records and compliance (I-9/E-Verify), recruiting and onboarding, LMS and HRIS management, employee communications, and first-line HR ticket support to ensure efficient HR service delivery.

Serve customers at branch counter and via phone by processing orders, quotes, returns, and e-commerce transactions. Build customer relationships, perform suggestive selling, coordinate with sales/warehouse teams, manage inventory and showroom merchandising, and handle warranty and product research duties.

Manage the credit department across multiple states to maximize profitable sales and minimize losses. Oversee credit approvals, adjust credit lines, manage collections and DSO, supervise AR staff, coordinate legal/collection actions, support branches on payment/order issues, and drive process improvements and reporting.

Handle inbound and outbound sales for HVACR parts: assist walk-in and phone customers, source products, manage showroom merchandising and inventory, perform suggestive selling, resolve complaints, and support warehouse or driving duties as needed.
