Support faculty and student researchers by designing and implementing an ML/LLM-based EduCore framework, developing research applications and testbeds, implementing edge-cloud cybersecurity strategies, organizing workshops and training, contributing to grant proposals, and performing data analysis and interpretation.

Provides high-level administrative, analytical, and operational support to the CFO and Finance Division. Manages executive scheduling, communications, confidential matters, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, Board materials, cross-functional coordination, financial systems, and special projects. Maintains planning calendars and documentation while supporting accurate and timely finance deliverables.

Coordinates clinical research activities, including subject screening, consent, scheduling, protocol procedures, venipuncture, specimen collection and shipment, records management, regulatory compliance, IRB submissions, and study budget support. Maintains lab inventory, equipment, specimen tracking, and biosafety standards while applying human-subject protection, GCP, HIPAA, and FDA requirements.

Teach didactic, preclinical, and clinical restorative dentistry to dental students; mentor and assess student development; integrate private practice experience and emerging technologies into the curriculum; engage in scholarly activity, research, and publication; maintain clinical excellence and contribute to an inclusive learning environment.

Coordinate clinical placements, manage clinical sites and preceptor relationships, maintain compliance and accreditation records, administer assessments and student support, handle preceptor credentialing and payments, participate in site visits and quality assurance, and provide administrative support for the Physician Assistant program.

Designs and executes molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry, and virology experiments (including HIV research). Provide administrative and event support across departments at Meharry Medical College. Duties include data entry, filing, social media content and scheduling, assisting faculty with course materials, supporting events and workshops, collaborating on projects, and attending meetings and trainings to gain exposure to college operations.

Provide intensive substance abuse case management and linkage to treatment, infectious disease care (HIV/HCV), and social services. Deliver brief counseling per office-based opioid treatment regulations, perform community outreach, maintain program reports and communication logs, and attend training and supervision.

Provide administrative support to GME leadership and residency programs, manage residency databases and files, monitor duty hours and evaluations, ensure ACGME compliance, assist onboarding/recruitment/events, generate reports, and serve as a floating coordinator.

Serve as Program Director and faculty in Periodontics, leading clinical and didactic education, curriculum development, accreditation compliance, and program administration. Teach and supervise students and residents in periodontal diagnosis, surgical and non-surgical therapy, implantology, sedation, and laser dentistry. Mentor trainees, engage in scholarship, participate in institutional service, and promote inclusive, equitable oral health care.

Provide clinical, academic, research, and administrative leadership for the Department of Pediatric Dentistry. Develop and execute departmental strategy with the Dean, recruit and supervise clinicians, oversee education and research programs, implement quality improvement, manage budgets and staffing, ensure credentialing and compliance, mentor faculty, and expand clinical and academic offerings consistent with best practices.

Manage development, planning, execution, and evaluation of extramural research programs and grants. Oversee proposal/budget preparation, monitor expenditures, ensure compliance with federal/state/university policies, prepare financial and narrative reports, support audits, liaise with PIs and grants management, and develop program processes and records to meet objectives.

Manage administrative operations of a residency program including schedules, evaluations, accreditation documentation, resident records, event logistics, marketing materials, and compliance. Serve as program representative for recruitment and site visits while maintaining confidential records and coordinating with faculty, Medical Education, and Accounting.

Provide strategic financial leadership for clinical regions: lead FP&A, prepare consolidated financial statements, oversee A/R and A/P, ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls, administer financial systems (NetSuite, eClinicalWorks), support audits, partner with HR and clinical leaders, and drive process improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Coordinate and monitor clinical research trials ensuring regulatory compliance (IRB, FDA, GCP/ICH, HIPAA). Screen and recruit participants, perform protocol procedures (vitals, ECGs, specimen handling), maintain records and budgets, assist with IRB submissions, and support operational and financial functions under PI supervision.

Manage and track community-engaged health disparity research programs: oversee project and budget implementation, maintain tracking systems, prepare reports and presentations, support meetings, assist with grant proposal and budget development, and coordinate stakeholder engagement.

Lead and manage all revenue cycle and clinical business operations for the medical group, including billing, accounts receivable, front office/clinic operations, compliance with Medicaid/Medicare/HCFA, payer contract negotiations, staff hiring/training, policy development, financial reporting, and process improvements to maximize revenue and ensure regulatory compliance.
