Administers federally and privately funded grants across the full award lifecycle, including proposal development, budgeting, financial monitoring, compliance, reporting, reconciliation, and closeout. Advises faculty, principal investigators, and leadership; coordinates with finance, research administration, procurement, HR, and external sponsors; monitors expenditures, deliverables, deadlines, effort commitments, and regulatory requirements. Develops financial reports, dashboards, forecasts, corrective actions, and grant documentation while supporting audits and institutional compliance.

Provides clinical supervision, didactic and laboratory instruction in restorative dentistry for dental students. Contributes to curriculum development, assessment, mentoring, institutional service, scholarly activity, strategic planning, and community oral-health outreach through the Mobile Dental Unit.

Provides senior-level administrative and office management support to an academic medical department and department chair. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, travel arrangements, correspondence and document preparation, purchasing and expense tracking, records management, onboarding, office operations, and confidential information handling. The role also guides junior administrative staff and serves as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
