Leads end-to-end AWS cloud engagements, setting technical strategy, designing foundational multi-account environments, and directing large-scale migrations. Builds and reviews infrastructure as code, networking, security baselines, and hybrid connectivity using AWS services, Terraform, and CDK. Coordinates distributed engineering teams, mentors consultants, manages customer technical relationships, drives architecture decisions, and oversees rehost and replatform migrations through production readiness. Requires deep hands-on AWS expertise, customer-facing leadership, and an active AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification.

Owns day-to-day database operations and backup/recovery for a large multi-account AWS environment. Maintains RDS, Aurora, and self-managed databases, validates backup restoration, executes disaster-recovery runbooks, and collaborates with infrastructure, security, Kubernetes, networking, and cloud architecture teams. Supports escalations from a 24x7 monitoring team and helps advance managed services and Cloud Center of Excellence capabilities.

Coordinates marketing communications across social media, newsletters, events, webinars, client stories, presentations, and internal town halls. Creates polished branded content and presentations, manages gifting and event swag, gathers updates for newsletters, and reports on social engagement, event lead generation, and brand awareness. The role partners with technical teams and sales leaders to showcase cloud and AI expertise in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.

Owns enterprise AWS governance and FinOps across approximately 155 cloud accounts. Establishes compliance standards, operates governance reviews, manages tagging and policy compliance, and aligns US practices with Korean headquarters. Leads cost allocation, showback, chargeback, commitment planning, rightsizing, waste reduction, and savings reporting. Produces executive governance and financial reports, supports an Irvine data-center cutover, and works onsite with frequent coordination across US Pacific and Korea time zones.

Lead design and delivery of scalable data platforms and pipelines on Google Cloud. Build and review Python/SQL code, drive data architecture using BigQuery and GCP tooling, own ingestion/transformation/orchestration, lead client technical discussions, prototype solutions, mentor engineers, and implement IaC, CI/CD, observability, and governance.

Design, build, and support secure, high-availability cloud environments. Implement landing zones, networking, IAM, and security baselines. Automate provisioning with IaC, maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerize and orchestrate applications, configure observability and SRE practices, run FinOps reporting, and produce design documents and handovers.

Support cloud migration and modernization projects by assisting planning, scheduling, documentation, risk tracking, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting. Translate requirements into tasks, monitor progress, escalate blockers, and apply basic cloud delivery concepts under senior guidance.
