Owns enterprise AWS governance and FinOps across approximately 155 cloud accounts. Establishes compliance standards, operates governance reviews, manages tagging and policy compliance, and aligns US practices with Korean headquarters. Leads cost allocation, showback, chargeback, commitment planning, rightsizing, waste reduction, and savings reporting. Produces executive governance and financial reports, supports an Irvine data-center cutover, and works onsite with frequent coordination across US Pacific and Korea time zones.

Lead the architecture and implementation of production-grade MLOps infrastructure, including ML pipelines, Terraform automation, SageMaker training, model monitoring, CI/CD, model registries, and lifecycle governance. Ensure platform reliability, scalability, reproducibility, and regulatory compliance. Drive architecture reviews, technical standards, mentoring, and collaboration with platform, security, and quality teams.

Modernize legacy applications into event-driven, serverless AWS architectures and build full-stack, LLM-enabled agentic solutions. Design target-state blueprints, implement backend services and front-end conversational UIs, operationalize GenAI on Bedrock, build CI/CD and IaC, ensure observability, security, and cost efficiency, and engage client stakeholders through architecture reviews, demos, and documentation.
