Lead customer-facing architecture and development of scalable, cloud-native AWS applications. Drive design discussions, migrate monoliths to microservices, implement serverless and container solutions, advise on AWS best practices, and influence developer-focused product and platform strategy.

Provide ongoing managed-services support for clients' AWS and Azure environments: handle monitoring escalations, troubleshoot incidents, perform database administration tasks, configure cloud tools, manage cost/security/compliance, maintain documentation, participate in on-call rotations and regular client reviews. Requires client communication and process improvement focus.

Lead full sales lifecycle for large cloud and AI engagements ($2M–$15M+), build cross-functional pursuit teams, leverage hyperscaler and ISV partnerships for co-sell opportunities, represent the company externally, and act as executive sponsor to protect margin and drive expansions.
