Define and own MegPrime Pays brand voice. Write website, product, campaign, email, and social copy; craft customer stories and scripts; simplify fintech/crypto concepts; collaborate with design, product, and leadership to produce consistent, high-performing messaging across channels.

Design and execute brand assets across digital, print, motion, environmental graphics, and social media. Develop advertising campaigns, brochures, signage, sales materials, and motion content. Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams, manage multiple projects, and maintain a refined luxury-brand visual identity.

Perform month-end reconciliations, maintain subledgers, prepare journal entries, handle wires/deposits, assist with audits and loan/lot documents, reconcile credit cards, investigate irregularities, and complete ad hoc reporting and projects.

Build, manage, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys and multi-channel campaigns (email/SMS). Segment audiences, sync data with Salesforce CRM, run A/B tests, monitor performance, and collaborate with sales to generate and nurture qualified homebuyer leads while ensuring data privacy and email compliance.

Design end-to-end web product experiences for a fintech payments platform. Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, high-fidelity UI, motion/micro-interactions, and marketing assets. Use AI-assisted workflows and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering. Conduct user research and usability testing, iterate from discovery through launch, and stay current on AI, fintech, and design trends.
