Conduct inbound sales conversations with prospective homebuyers, qualify leads, explain homes and communities, identify buying signals, overcome objections, and advance prospects through appointments, applications, reservations, or sales. Manage CRM records and follow-up, coordinate handoffs to field sales, explain fintech tools, meet conversion and revenue goals, and provide a responsive customer experience.

Build and personally operate a high-volume internal sales desk through inbound and outbound calling, lead conversion, appointment setting, follow-up, and CRM management. Create and refine scripts, track conversion metrics, and establish scalable sales processes. As the team grows, hire, onboard, coach, and manage representatives while maintaining performance accountability and coordinating with field sales, marketing, lending, support, and leadership.

Create and edit social media content for TikTok and Instagram, conduct street interviews, monitor trends, support community engagement, and assist with event setup, guest engagement, content capture, and breakdown. The role is part-time, college-credit, and designed for students; professional experience is not required.

Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, offers, and campaign angles for paid and organic channels. Create static, video, UGC, landing page, and social content concepts; research competitors, trends, and customer pain points; review performance data; and build creative variations and testing strategies. Collaborate with designers, editors, creators, and marketers while maintaining consistent brand messaging across fintech and consumer finance campaigns.

Perform month-end reconciliations, maintain subledgers, prepare journal entries, handle wires/deposits, assist with audits and loan/lot documents, reconcile credit cards, investigate irregularities, and complete ad hoc reporting and projects.
