Supports the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams with marketing operations, campaigns, social media, website and asset updates, vendor orders, inventory, lead routing, photoshoots, printed materials, audits, and company events. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting brand and sales initiatives.

Conduct inbound sales conversations with prospective homebuyers, qualify leads, explain homes and communities, identify buying signals, overcome objections, and advance prospects through appointments, applications, reservations, or sales. Manage CRM records and follow-up, coordinate handoffs to field sales, explain fintech tools, meet conversion and revenue goals, and provide a responsive customer experience.

Build and personally operate a high-volume internal sales desk through inbound and outbound calling, lead conversion, appointment setting, follow-up, and CRM management. Create and refine scripts, track conversion metrics, and establish scalable sales processes. As the team grows, hire, onboard, coach, and manage representatives while maintaining performance accountability and coordinating with field sales, marketing, lending, support, and leadership.
