As a Senior AI-Augmented Full-Stack Developer at Mega, you will build and maintain applications using Laravel and Vue.js, integrating AI tools into the development process, while ensuring quality through ownership of features and promoting an engineering culture that embraces AI.

Drive operational risk management across B2C activities and support B2B growth by identifying, quantifying and mitigating risks. Strengthen internal controls, analyse incidents, develop risk KPIs and reports, advise the CFO on strategic initiatives, and partner with sales, operations and customer service to embed risk-aware processes.

The Business Development Manager will develop B2B2C partnerships, identify new distribution channels, negotiate contracts, and manage partnerships for MEGA's energy and telecom sectors in Belgium.
