Drive operational risk management across B2C activities and support B2B growth by identifying, quantifying and mitigating risks. Strengthen internal controls, analyse incidents, develop risk KPIs and reports, advise the CFO on strategic initiatives, and partner with sales, operations and customer service to embed risk-aware processes.
