Teach age-appropriate reading, research, and media skills; develop diverse lesson plans and instructional materials; provide varied learning experiences and classroom management; cooperate with other libraries and agencies; guide software/hardware evaluation and copyright/fair-use compliance; supervise students and maintain a nurturing school environment.

Manage ERSEA functions for Early Head Start: verify eligibility, track enrollment and attendance, maintain waitlists, support family & community engagement, ensure HSPS compliance, oversee referrals, and support staff to maintain consistent participation.

Coordinate and oversee WIC program operations, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise and train staff, conduct outreach and eligibility assessments, manage reporting, budgets, and nutrition education planning, and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders.

Provide short-term classroom instruction at Grace and Carter Schools. Implement standards-based curriculum, develop lesson plans and individual learning plans, set academic and social goals, and facilitate interactions that support emotional, social, and cognitive growth in an inclusive environment.

Serve as chief executive and educational leader for pre-K–12+ programs across Rhode Island and Massachusetts, advancing mission and academic excellence. Oversee day-to-day operations, policy, compliance, and educational quality while directly supervising heads of three schools, the Director of Special Education, and Rhode Island Pre-K.
