Supervises Healthy Families America staff, supports regulatory and performance compliance, provides reflective supervision, trains and evaluates employees, conducts joint home visits, reviews ETO documentation, analyzes performance data, facilitates team meetings, attends required meetings, and assists with hiring. The role serves children and families in homes, childcare settings, and community environments.

Teach age-appropriate reading, research, and media skills; develop diverse lesson plans and instructional materials; provide varied learning experiences and classroom management; cooperate with other libraries and agencies; guide software/hardware evaluation and copyright/fair-use compliance; supervise students and maintain a nurturing school environment.

Manage ERSEA functions for Early Head Start: verify eligibility, track enrollment and attendance, maintain waitlists, support family & community engagement, ensure HSPS compliance, oversee referrals, and support staff to maintain consistent participation.
