Leads MMHC’s marketing, communications, public relations, community outreach, and patient engagement efforts. Develops marketing strategies, manages brand consistency, coordinates campaigns and community events, serves as a media liaison, and creates content across digital, print, and social channels. Oversees website updates, SEO, content calendars, performance analytics, press materials, internal communications, and patient-focused educational materials. Supervises the Marketing and Foundation Coordinator while collaborating with leadership, providers, staff, media, and community partners.

Provide basic nursing care in a clinic: take vitals, assist with exams and procedures, administer medications per scope, document in EHR, maintain supplies and infection-control, communicate with patients and clinical team, manage patient flow and clerical tasks, and participate in quality/safety initiatives.

Manage hospital accounting and payroll functions including month-end close, AP/AR, reconciliations, budgeting, audits, and bi-weekly payroll. Ensure regulatory compliance (GAAP, payroll laws, HIPAA), maintain payroll/timekeeping systems, produce financial and payroll reports, develop controls and process improvements, and collaborate with HR and leadership. Supervise staff and serve as primary contact for payroll and accounting matters.
