Designs and scales automated testing frameworks for web applications using Selenium, Playwright, and Java. Integrates test suites with Jenkins and GitHub workflows, performs functional, regression, API, and exploratory testing, and applies AI-assisted and agentic approaches to QA. The role tracks quality metrics, supports release readiness, participates in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, collaborates with product and engineering teams, and improves testing processes.

Supports the design, development, and maintenance of company training programs, including onboarding, role-specific learning, product and software training, e-learning courses, videos, quizzes, and activities. Maintains learning materials as products evolve, assists with LMS administration, researches and synthesizes documentation, manages training projects and deadlines, and collaborates with L&D, Product, Operations, and HR stakeholders.

Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from concept through execution. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating teams, driving accountability, managing timelines, anticipating risks, solving problems, and building project management processes and documentation in a fast-paced healthcare SaaS environment.
